The 1500 square foot studio features: a 30 x 40 Shooting Area with an 11' 8" ceiling height, three bar 12' Background Support System, Central AC/Heat, *Changing Room, Restroom, Dedicated Makeup Station, Wireless Internet, small Refridgerator, Microwave, and Coffee Pot.

*The changing room doubles as a guest room where you or your models can relax or spend the night for a modest additional fee.

A selection of muslins is included in the base rate and basic selection of colored and white seamless background paper can be purchased by the yard used.

Base Studio rate is $150.00 per 8 hour day which includes the use of the property. Setup and tear down time is included within the 8 hour period. Additional time used is $30.00 per hour.

White Lightning strobes, light stands, booms and a large selection of modifiers are available for $50.00 per day with an additional $5.00 per hour over time. Simple lighting instruction/set-up included and more advanced instruction available at an additional cost.
